This pizza item focuses on the different shapes of pies and the cultural ways of eating. lahmacun is a famous turkish pizza dish, but differs from the traditional slice since the pie is thin and meant to be rolled like a burrito would. a sweet nutritious breakfast pizza with a mediterranean sweet spread of either hazelnut or kaymak infused with the turkish thin crust pizza style would be a great placement.

Ingredients:

  • Apricot- 1 bag, 16oz: $4-$8

  • Black berry- 1 pack: 6-8 oz: $2.99- $6

  • Strawberry, 1 pack, 16- 24 oz: $2.69- $7

  • Peaches- 1 bag, 13 oz, 18 oz: $2.50-$7
